The Crown Inn is very proud to announce our inclusion in CAMRA’s (Campaign for Real Ale) annual Good Beer Guide 2010.
Out of approximately 55,000 pubs in Britain, only 4,500 of the finest outlets for cask beer can be included in the best-selling Good Beer Guide, so its a remarkable achievement for The Crown to be chosen. According to CAMRA “it speaks volumes for the quality of your beer that the local CAMRA members have selected you for inclusion.”
The Good Beer Guide is the biggest-selling and most influential guide devoted to beer and pubs in Britain. As well as pub entries, the Guide also includes a unique brewers section that lists every brewery producing cask beer. The on site Halfpenny Brewery can now be found in the Guide. Even more reason to pay us a visit and sample our ales.
