The first "Halfpenny Brewery Beer Festival" was a real success, the damp weather didnt put off the visitors who came from far and wide to enjoy the delights of this little Cotswold Towns Beer Festival, held at The Crown Inn.
The ales were wide and varied as promised and enjoyed by many. The new "Summer Ale" was also a huge hit and is now officially available from the barrel.
This success means that this festival should become an annual event at the Brewery, with some whisperings of a "Winter Beer Festival" nearer Christmas - "well what more do you need than a good ale, a warm welcoming fire and some seriously good music to warm you up on a winters eve?
